TURNAROUND TIME TABLES
FOR YOUR CONVENIENCE WE HAVE PROVIDED A VISUAL REPRESENTATION OF OUR TA TIMES
Turnaround starts from the time the file upload is complete. If a job has revised files, is placed on hold, or is awaiting proof approval the turnaround starts from time the approval is given. We reserve the right to print same day orders on digital press equipment. Orders that complete after 5:00PM may not be available for pick up until the following morning.
Our turnaround times refer solely to production. Once production is complete it may take up to one business day for orders to ship or be available for pick-up. Local delivery orders will be delivered on the next scheduled day for your zone (excluding the day of production). It is our goal to release all jobs as soon as completion of production allows. The last day of your turn-around is not a guaranteed "in hands" date.
Same Day Turnaround option is only available on limited product
If you so happen to be close by, but not close enough (let's say withing a 20-50 mile radius from any of our locations) you might be able to get SAME DAY LOCAL DELIVERY (or worst case scenario next day) for only $25.00 flat fee.
